Ligne Roset pumpkin sofa - 2 seater / loveseat

The Pumpkin sofa by Pierre Paulin has been specially designed for Ligne Roset. It was the first public edition of a sofa designed in 1971 for Georges Pompidou's private quarters in the French presidential Elysée Palace.

This sofa has a fully removable cover held in place by Velcro on the plastic base.

The Pumpkin is reminiscent of an enormous pumpkin that sits comfortably. The Pumpkin owes its comfort to the seat made of thick, moulded poly-uthane foam, which is covered by a soft padded removable cover.

This special seat is in very good firm condition with very minimal wear and tear. The red fabric cover is in perfect condition, no loops or hooks, withn some dark markings from previous use.
