The CH401 Airport Chair, designed in 1958 by Hans J. Wegner and produced by Carl Hansen & Søn.
The iconic “Airport” lounge chair is a timeless example of Danish design, striking a perfect balance between simplicity and strength. It was originally designed for Kastrup Airport in Copenhagen.
Handmade on a beech wood frame with stainless steel legs and sides, complemented by aluminium details. Upholstered in cognac-colored leather.
The gently tilted seat and backrest enhance seating comfort, making this a beautiful example of Danish mid-century modern design.
The chair is in near mint condition, with only a few sign of use.
