Danish designer Arne Jacobsen designed the butterfly chair in 1953. Several variants of this very popular chair are now available and the collection is called 'Series 7' by design manufacturer Fritz Hansen.
The ergonomic design offers a lot of seating comfort, and the simple design looks very elegant.
The chairs are lightweight, stackable and made of curved plywood and finished with natural birch veneer with a chromed frame.
Each chair is marked with the label of manufacturer Fritz Hansen.
